Tolulope is a seasoned Trainer (ICAO) and Safety Professional and has spent over two decades imparting knowledge, coaching and mentoring people from diverse backgrounds.
Her career in Aviation which spans over 3 decades has seen her rise from a Cabin Executive with ADC Airlines to become an onboard Manager and Chief Cabin Executive. after She joined Virgin Nigeria as a Crew Trainer and acted in the capacity of Cabin Safety Manager. Over the years Tolulope has gained a great deal of knowledge and experience as a Ground/Air SEP Trainer, Crew Resource Management (CRM) facilitator, First Aid and Fire Safety Awareness Instructor amongst others. She has carried out these roles both for cockpit and cabin crew with major airlines and operators in West and Central Africa. She has amassed over 20 years’ experience in both her training and management roles in the field of aviation.
She holds a Masters Degree in International Relations and Strategic Studies and successfully completed the Lagos Business School‘s Senior Management Programme.
Tolulope is a Certified Customer Service Leader and Trainer (SQI) is very passionate about organisational training and development and seeks to continually apply her training and professional experience in varied industries with the goal of improving workplace culture and performance. She consults for Loben Limited, Canada, and Mamaj Aviation Crew Mentoring Academy.
She presently trains in one of Nigeria's Helicopter companies.
Nkeiru is a Hospitality/Aviation expert with a combined work experience of 12 years; 5 years in Hospitality administration and 7 years in the Aviation industry.
During this period, She has led as the Head of Department for Cabin services, managing both the front and back end of operations in the business of Private Aviation, excelling at customer service delivery and also impacting positively the lives she has come across.
